Shipping Policy

Ollee Watch Inc. is pleased to offer worldwide shipping, allowing customers across the globe to get access to our product. We also offer a flat rate for all international shipments and do our best to collect and provide all the relevant information to make the delivery of your package as smooth as possible.

Customs & Import Duties

United States

For orders shipped to the United States, applicable customs duties are pre-paid through our agreement with our courier services. No additional customs charges should be required upon delivery.

Canada

Orders shipped within Canada are not subject to customs duties, but applicable sales taxes will be charged according to your province.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside of Canada and the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or not cleared through customs, the carrier may destroy the parcel or mark it as lost rather than returning it to us.

In these cases, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements.
