Warranty, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Ollee Watch Inc., we stand behind the quality of the Ollee Watch aftermarket circuit boards. Because these are specialty DIY products designed for installation into OEM watches, our policies differ from those of mass-produced consumer electronics. Please read carefully before purchasing.

Limited Warranty

Ollee Watch products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase.

If your board has a confirmed defect, Ollee Watch Inc. will replace it at no additional cost.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused during installation, modification, or misuse.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Any damage to the original OEM watch or other accessories during installation.

Replacement Policy

We will replace boards that arrive dead on arrival (DOA) or are defective within the warranty period.

  • Proof Required: Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery with a clear description, photos, or videos of the issue.

  • Return Process: In some cases, we may request the defective item to be returned for inspection. If so, Ollee Watch Inc. will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Resolution: Once verified, a replacement unit will be shipped free of charge.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of aftermarket PCB kits, refunds are not available once an order has shipped.

Exceptions apply only if:

  • The wrong item was shipped.

  • The order was lost in transit and never delivered.

In these cases, we will either reship your order or provide a refund.

Customer Responsibility

Ollee Watch boards are aftermarket DIY components. Customers are responsible for proper installation.

Ollee Watch Inc. is not liable for:

  • Any damage to watches, tools, or other property during installation.

  • Any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.

  • Any assumption that Ollee Watch is a certified medical or consumer safety device.

Regional Rights

Consumer rights vary by jurisdiction. Some regions (e.g., the European Union or United Kingdom) may provide additional statutory protections, such as a right to cancel within 14 days of online purchase. Where applicable, these rights remain unaffected.
