Cancellation, Refund & Warranty Policy

At Ollee Watch Inc., we stand behind the quality of Ollee Watch aftermarket circuit boards and pre-installed custom units. Because these are specialty DIY hardware products designed for installation into OEM watches, our policies differ from those of mass-produced consumer electronics. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Order Cancellations

Orders (including pre-orders) can be cancelled for a 100% full refund up until Wednesday at 12:00 PM (Noon) ET during the week your order is scheduled to ship (standard dispatches go out every Friday). For long-term pre-orders, cancellation is permitted anytime prior to Wednesday 12:00 PM ET of its designated dispatch week. Email support@olleewatch.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped or entered transit, standard refund rules apply.

2. Limited Warranty & Exclusions

Ollee Watch products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. If your board has a confirmed defect, Ollee Watch Inc. will replace it or send replacement components at no additional cost.

Warranty Exclusions & Customer DIY Responsibility

• Zero Water Damage Warranty: There are strictly no warranties by Ollee Watch for water damage on any product, including standalone PCB kits and pre-installed custom watches. Opening, modifying, or servicing a watch case alters factory gasket seal integrity. Re-sealing or using gasket grease is at the customer's discretion and does not grant warranty coverage.
• Installation & Tool Liability: Ollee Watch boards are aftermarket DIY components compatible with Module 593 (F-91W, A158W, A159W, W-59, etc.) and Module 3298 (A168, F-105W) host bodies. Customers are solely responsible for proper assembly. Ollee Watch Inc. is not liable for damage caused during installation, modification, or misuse; damage to original OEM watches; damage to tools; or incidental/consequential damages.
• Medical/Safety Disclaimer: Ollee Watch is not a certified medical or consumer safety device.

3. Replacement Policy (DOA & Defects)

We will replace boards that arrive Dead on Arrival (DOA), damaged in transit, wrong, or defective within the warranty period.

• Proof Required: Contact us within 14 days of delivery for DOA/transit damage with clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue. For operational defects, contact us within the 90-day warranty window.
• Return Inspection: If inspection is requested, Ollee Watch Inc. covers return shipping costs (prepaid labels provided for US/Canada).
• Resolution: Verified claims receive a free replacement unit or a 100% full refund (including shipping) at our discretion.
  
  

Non-Defective / "No Fault Found" Warranty Claims

If an item is returned to us under a warranty claim or DOA assertion, it will undergo technical testing upon arrival. If testing confirms the product functions normally with no defect or operational error ("No Fault Found"):

1. To Return the Item to You: You must pay a flat $15.00 USD Inspection & Reshipment Fee (plus actual return transit costs) to have the working product shipped back to you.
2. If You Request a Refund Instead: The claim will be processed as a standard Change-of-Mind Return. The refund will be issued for the product price minus original outbound shipping, the return label fee, and applicable regional restocking fees initially covered by Ollee Watch Inc.

4. Refund Policy & Change-of-Mind Returns

Due to the nature of aftermarket PCB kits, change-of-mind returns are accepted only for unused, uninstalled items in their original product packaging with all included contents within 14 days of delivery. Installed or soldered boards cannot be returned. Buyers must provide their own outer protective shipping box for return transit.

• Canada: Prepaid label provided. A flat $10.00 USD label fee is deducted from the product refund. Outbound shipping is non-refundable.
• United States: Prepaid label provided. A flat $15.00 USD label & restocking fee is deducted from the product refund. Outbound shipping is non-refundable.
• EU & UK (Regional Statutory Rights): Under Consumer Contracts Regulations, EU/UK customers have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason. Return tracked at your expense. Product price + standard outbound shipping are refunded upon inspection of unused goods. Lost un-tracked returns remain the buyer's financial liability. Notice: Refusing parcel delivery or abandoning packages at customs does not constitute a valid statutory withdrawal under EU/UK law (see Shipping Policy: Section 3).
• Rest of World: Contact support within 14 days of delivery. Ship tracked at your expense. Refund issued minus a $20.00 USD restocking fee. Outbound shipping is non-refundable.
